While their reputation and relationships were strong, their identity lacked a cohesive visual language and strategic positioning that clearly communicated who they are and what they stand for.

We developed a complete brand strategy built around the Caregiver archetype, positioning Caenen as a protective, accessible and honest guide in every life phase.

A refined brand positioning anchored in trust, clarity and community.
A cohesive visual identity with a calm mint-green palette, modern typography and a distinctive lettermark symbolising protection and certainty.
A clear tone of voice and core message: “Certainty begins here.”
A fully aligned brand system applied consistently across print, digital and social media touchpoints.
