For the Zalando × Puma pitch to Hyrox, we developed a bold creative concept that merges high-performance energy with inclusive, community-driven storytelling — built to stand out across digital channels.

The challenge.

Zalando and Puma set out to approach the Hyrox community in a more original and engaging way. The ambition was to connect performance-driven athletes not only through event sponsorship, but also through Zalando’s online retail ecosystem.

The challenge was to develop a creative concept that could bridge both worlds — high-intensity competition on the event floor and seamless product storytelling online. It needed to feel authentic to the Hyrox audience, visually bold in a crowded fitness landscape, and flexible enough to live across social media, retail platforms and campaign touchpoints.

The solution.

  • Balance performance & play
    Static creatives blended high-intensity competition with inclusive, community-driven moments. Bold color overlays and sharp typography amplified taglines and logos, ensuring strong visual harmony across every format.

  • Maximise recognition through motion
    Dynamic, high-energy videos translated the pulse of Hyrox into short-form content designed to stop the scroll. Motion, rhythm and layered graphic elements elevated brand recall and brought the collaboration to life.

  • Ensure omnichannel consistency
    The creative system was rolled out across social media, web and app catalogs, landing pages and the Training Hub — creating one cohesive, recognisable brand experience from event floor to online checkout.
